Site Manager / Project Manager
Your new company
A leading regional contractor are looking for a Site Manager / Project Manager experienced in delivering new build housing schemes across the Cheshire region. The business have decades of trading behind them and have an exceptional reputation with subcontractors, clients, and their team of staff.
Your new role
You will take schemes out the ground and deliver through to completion and hand over with the client. You will ensure delivery to build programme, and ensure the highest standards of H&S are maintained throughout the course of the build. You will manage quality of the build, and ensure best possible outcomes for the client and the business throughout the course of the build. You will value engineer and work closely with commercial to ensure delivery within budget, manage labour requirements, liaise with procurement. Overall you will take responsibility for a high quality end product and work effectively with your Contracts Manager, and supporting Foreman and Assistant Managers to ensure a seamless delivery.
What you'll need to succeed
You have extensive new build housing experience, are SMSTS qualified and ideally have a track record within the LABC.
