Mechanical Project Manager

Mechanical Project Manager for a mid sized contractor based in Birmingham

Your new company

You will be working for a SME mechanical contractor who has a long history of mechanical building services deliver in both the commercial, retail, leisure , large residential and public services area.

Your new role

You will be responsible for mechanical HVAC building services projects from 200-500K on average per project with a number of projects at once. Largest projects are typically around 1.4M.

You will be responsible for the project from design phase, estimating, materials procurement, project management, financial management through to client handover.

The most recent project wins include a large new build hotel & a number of NHS boiler refurbs.

There is an inhouse design function and external consultants but you will be responsible for overseeing the design process.

What you'll need to succeed

HND/HNC in Building Services or Mechanical Engineering with building services experience.

The role could be suitable for a Project Engineer or Project Manager from 30K-45K depending on experience level.
