Your new role
The role is for a Chartered Property Manager to deliver a range of Asset Services. As MRICS qualified, you will take the role of Surveyor, responsible for your own portfolio of properties and delivering an end to end property and asset management services. You will take responsibility for management of a portfolio of commercial and office property, across the UK based from Leeds for key clients.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have strong technical asset and property management skills, a self-starter, keen to undertake a varied and challenging role, and have excellent organisation and communication skills.
