Freelance Contracts Manager New Build Housing Nottingham

Your new company
Our client is a large organisation based in Nottingham.
They are starting 2 small new build social housing sites (circa 20 units per site) in the Nottingham area and are looking for a Contracts Manager.


Your new role
You will act as contracts manager for 2 or 3 small new build construction sites (Social Housing new build).
You will manage 3 site managers and some other directly employed staff.
You will report to the Construction Director.
You will have full responsibility for programme of works, budgets control with help from the QS and the H&S on site.


What you'll need to succeed
A strong new build housing background - either in private housing or social housing.
Experienced in managing new build programmes from inception to completion.
Liaison with local authorities.

SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS advantageous
