Estates/Valuation Surveyor

General Practice/Valuation Surveyor job, based in the Glasgow Region - commencing immediately.


Your new company
Our client, a public sector organisation based in Glasgow, are looking to complement their Asset Management team by adding an experienced Valuation/General Practice Surveyor for an initial period of 3 months (with high chance of extension).

Your new role

You will assist with the day to day management of the organisations Corporate Property Holding. This includes the provision of asset valuations, rating management, identification of surplus assets, property performance management together with the acquisition, disposal and letting of land and buildings.

What you'll need to succeed
Ideally you will be an experienced GP Surveyor who is confident in hitting the ground running in a Public Sector environment, Chartered MRICS/FRICS & have built up a track record of experience in either the Public or Private sector.
