Electrical Project Manager - Leicester - £45-50k + Car + Bonus
Your new company
A Leicester based building services contractor are looking to appoint an Electrical Project Manager to join their successful team of Engineer's. They work with clients mainly in the commercial and industrial space providing a design and install service on projects such as office blocks, warehouses, retails units, school / universities and large residential.
Your new role
You will be responsible for delivering a wide range of electrical services projects to clients in the commercial and industrial sectors. Projects will be a mixture of refurbishment and new install projects ranging from £250k to £5million. You will be responsible for taking projects from initial concept through to final handover working closely with the in-house design and estimating teams.
Responsibilities include attending client meetings, input with project design, procurement of labour / materials, healthy & safety / risk assessment, site set up, regular reporting / progress updates, providing technical expertise, tool box talks, creating O&M manuals, overseeing testing / inspection and final handover to the client.
What you'll need to succeed
- At least 5 years in a Electrical Project Manager role
- HNC / HND in Electrical Engineering (desirable)
- 18th Edition
- Experience delivering electrical services projects with values over £1m
- Experience with design / tendering would be beneficial
- A wide variety of project experience across the commercial and industrial sectors
