Location: Mid Suffolk
Salary: Circa £40k - £50K

What you'll need to succeed
I am looking for an experienced Contracts Manager based in Suffolk / Norfolk to work on behalf of a well established and reputable SME Construction Company

This role will offer the successful applicant a long term and stable future with a company that are consistently pricing and winning jobs across Suffolk and Norfolk areas.

The ideal will candidate will need to provide:

• Proven Track record in a similar role
• Contract Management experience
• Ability to price jobs
• Ability to win contracts / jobs on behalf of the company
• Good Sub-Contractor knowledge / target list
• Have an element of a QS and/or Estimating background
