Freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor Main Contractor in Derby

Your new company
Our client is a regional main contractor based in Derby.
They are working on a £6 million new build commercial project in the local Derby area - and have a requirement for a freelance Senior QS to take on the volume of work that is the many variations involved with the busy project - as the client makes alterations to the building.

They are working on NEC3 form of contract.

Your new role
You will take on solely the workload that is pricing and managing the variations on this busy new build commercial project and report to the commercial manager.
This role will last for circa 3 months and starts immediately.

What you'll need to succeed
A very strong background working with NEC3 form of contract.
Main contracting experience - working on high value commercial buildings.
Experienced with managing the client and pricing multiple variations.
