Project Manager MOD - refurb and minor works

Your new company
Our client is national contractor - working out of a regional office in Telford.
They have a contract to deliver refurbishment and minor works across number MOD bases in the Telford and Staffordshire.


Your new role
You will be a Project Manager, managing a geographical area, and all the refurb projects in that area.
You will report to an area manager.
All the work is on MOD bases.


What you'll need to succeed
Experienced managing refurb or building projects - working for a major main contractor
Public building refurb experience advantageous
MOD experience advantageous.
SMSTS and First Aid.
A construction management or civil engineering qualification.
