Your new company
A growing Architecture Practice based in East Leicestershire covering projects from conception to completion across Educational, Commercial and Residential sectors. They have an ambitious and friendly team focused on creating a fun, family orientated environment.

Your new role
You will be leading projects throughout RIBA stages 0-7, obtaining planning permission, delivering technical packages, overseeing site work, troubleshooting, contract administration and supporting the M&E stages before handover. Working in a small practice will also require you to support staff other with technical queries and projects when required.
You will be working alongside the director who also runs projects and utilising technical staff to allow the projects to be completed within time and budget.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have significant experience as an Architect or Senior Technologist running projects in Education or Commercial sectors, highly skilled in software packages including ArchiCAD and AutoCAD and be well versed in all aspects of building construction.
You will be adaptable to a rapidly changing environment which could see your time shift from one project to another or working on many projects simultaneously.
