Senior Quantity Surveyor

Cost management consultancy based in Manchester looking for a senior quantity surveyor to join their team.

Your new company
Cost management consultancy based in central Manchester working across healthcare, education and industrial sector projects. They have a mixture of short, medium and long term contracts so you can expect a varied workload.

Your new role
Working both pre and post contract delivering quantity surveys. In this role you will be present in design team meeting and site progress visits. You will use your expertise to deliver tenders and contract documentation, you will prepare cost plans, cash-flow forecast and financial reports.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be degree qualified with post graduate experience working consultancy side in a position of a quantity surveyor. As the current workload includes loads of healthcare projects, this experience would be beneficial however, is not essential.
