D&B Co-ordinator / Design & Build Co-ordinator

Design & Build Co-Ordinator Main Contractor in Nottinghamshire. ONGOING commercial new build projects

Your new company
A National Main Contractor specialising in construction of public sector and private sector buildings.
They are busy and recruiting for their large new build commercial projects
They are expanding rapidly and due to several recent contract wins, they seeks a D&B Co-ordinator to start asap.
Long term freelance or Temp to perm.

Your new role
You will work with a strong project management team and report to the technical director.
You will be confident to add value quickly, with regards to reading drawings and resolving technical design queries
You will work between the site management team and the consultant architect.
You will work on a new build education and accommodation projects.
You will be the D&B co-ordinator, supporting a design manager on a large flagship project - £10 to £25million in value.
You will be experienced - having worked for another Large Main Contractor

What you'll need to succeed
You will have a strong main contracting background of commercial projects of up to £10M+
A variety of sector experience would be advantageous.
Education project experience advantageous.
You will be able to start ASAP
Long term freelance or temp to perm opportunity.
