Development Manager

I am currently working with a leading boutique development company who are predominantly involved in the hotel and residential sector, and increasingly alternative residential concepts including student, co-living and build to rent. The business is entering an exciting chapter as they are on the cusp of agreeing a significant round of funding which will further catapult their growth. 

This role is to be responsible for managing multiple development projects from inception through to construction start, leading the planning process and assembling the project team. In addition, you will take responsibility for appraisal performance for development projects including during the construction phase in accordance with profitability and programme objectives.

Successful candidates with ideally have London residential development experience and will have spent time managing town planning issues.
