Building Surveyor - Exeter & Devon

Building Surveyor required for a long term interim project based in Exeter and working across Devon

Your new company
You will be working for one of the leading property design groups in the UK. As a Building Surveyor you will be providing services as part of a true multi-disciplinary consultancy, delivering projects and improvements across the Devon region.

Your new role
Your role as a Building Surveyor will involve the end to end delivery of refurbishments and building alterations across commercial property in Devon, to include schools and other education facilities. You will undertake site surveys and prepare schedules of condition, prepare specifications, drawings and carry out risk assessments, prepare tender documents, carry out contract administration and provide technical guidance to a wide range of stakeholders.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this position you will need to have a background in the delivery of building projects as a Building Surveyor, and have a qualification closely related to building surveying which could be a HNC or HND.

What you'll get in return
In return you will be rewarded with an initial interim contract with duration of up to six months, which is likely to extend further. You'll also receive a daily rate of pay of between £180 - £220, dependent on your level of experience and qualifications.
