Stock Condition Surveyor - Somerset & West Somerset - 3 to 6 Months


Your new company
As a Stock Condition Surveyor you will join a provider of affordable housing based in the Somerset and West Somerset region. Your new company are responsible for the management and delivery of works across over 5000 homes.

Your new role
As a Stock Condition Surveyor you will visit residential homes across the region in order to register data on the volumes and quality of specific building components, including windows, doors and roofing. In order to achieve this you'll use an electronic tablet as well as producing written reports when required.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this position you will need to have previous property surveying experience within the housing sector. Ideally you'll have produced condition surveys previously, however you may have also worked as a maintenance or building surveyor.

What you'll get in return
In return you will commence work on an initial 3 month interim contract, which is likely to extend. You'll be paid a competitive rate of between £22 - £24 per hour on a PAYE basis.
