Your new company
You'll be joining a highly recognised and leading contractor within the Earthworks and Infrastructure sector, with projects across the North West. A well established business, they are currently going through a period of successful growth and are looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to come in and join the team

Your new role
Reporting into the Contracts Director, you'll be responsible for supporting the growth and success of the company and help mould their future stability.

Projects include Earthworks, Structures, Infrastructure, Remediation & Foundations, and the typical project ranges are up to £2m

What you'll need to succeed
You'll be an experienced Contracts Manager with solid experience within the Civil Engineering sector; you'll have NEC & JCT contract experience, and be highly proficient within the Civil Engineering & Infrastructure market

• Extensive experience in Earthworks / Remediation and experience within Infrastructure, with a Business Development skill set
• Ideally Degree qualified within a Civil Engineering qualification
• Excellent leadership skills, a solid team player but most importantly, a team builder
• Used to working within systems - financial reporting / programme management, project management and driving QA
• Manchester office base but projects currently across the North West, from North Midlands to Scotland central belt
