Building Surveyor /Clerk of Works

Busy NHS Hospital has need of a Surveyor/Clerk of Works with specialist Fire Door knowledge and exp.

Your new role
As a Clerk of works, you will be primarily responsible for the inspection of newly installed Fire Doors, to check and sign off/ reject Contractors completed works. Working on a variety of hospitals around Lincolnshire from Boston to Lincoln

What you'll need to succeed
As an experienced building professional it is essential that you hold a recognised Fire accreditation like FDIS Applications are welcome from a building surveying/ clerk of works/ building inspection/control or similar background

What you'll get in return
Flexible working options available. You can work 5 days a week or part time . Contract is for 4-6 months
Hourly rate depends on PAYE or Umbrella ( inside IR35) from £21 - £30 per hour
