Estate Manager

Macdonald & Company have been instructed on an Estates Manaer position based in Surrey paying between £55,000-60,000 DOE. This will involve overseeing day to day running of Business park which is about to undergo significant refurbishment works and once completed will be a high end business park requiring high levels of occupier management as well as managing on site teams and event management.

The right candidate will posses high levels of Client Engagement and Customer service, with good management of contractors, security staff, maintenance and cleaners as well as 3rd party contractors whilst having due regard to expenditure and current legislation. Possessing an IOSH qualification is essential with NEBOSH desireable and management experience of tenant fit out or warranty works is prequired.

Essential duties will include:

- H+S and Environmental Management
- High levels of occupier engagement and customer service 
- 3rd party contractor management and refurb knowledge required.
- Budget setting, management and reconciliation.
- Occupier management
- Ability to manage contractors to oversee PPM works and reactive maintenance
- Ensuring cost recovery and central budgets are effectively managed.
- Close working with surveying colleagues and central support functions to ensure client strategy is executed
