Client Side Operations Manager - Field Based - West Midlands

This property company is recruiting for someone to be field based to look after all the projects and maintenance for their portfolio. Day to day will be on site, managing contractors with refurbishments and planned or reactive maintenance for tenanted and vacant properties, mainly industrial. You'll need to be confident in the directions and instructions for any remedial work, able to take measurements of the properties while you're there to update the notes for the portfolio, and be able to make commercial decisions as needed.

You will probably have a background in either building surveying, project management or facilities management; but as long as you can demonstrate an understanding of what is needed and a background in delivering, any experience will be considered.
