Disrepair Surveyor

4 weeks rolling temporary contract for a disrepair surveyor working for a housing association.

Your new company
A housing association with housing stock across Greater Manchester. Currently going through a re-structure and looking for a disrepair surveyor to join on a 4 weeks rolling contract.

Your new role
A mixture of site surveys and liaising with tenants, to writing up reports whilst working from home. This is an autonomous role requiring you to manage your time and make sure the surveys and reports get delivered on time. In this role you will be the expert witness defending the cases for the housing association. Your role will be looking after disrepair, statutory nuisance, land ownership, illegal evictions and incidents of personal injury, providing a comprehensive and vigorous defence.

What you'll need to succeed
Recent experience delivering disrepair surveys with a 'can do' attitude and general interest for the job. Ideally you will be degree qualified with a chartered status.
