Your new company
Our client is a well established Groundworks contractor, who specialise in the house building market.
They work for several well know midlands based House builders and have a growing local order book.
As such they have a ongoing role available for a Freelance Senior QS to join their Staffordshire based team.


Your new role
You will act as Senior QS
Report to the commercial manager
Take responsibility for the full QS function on more than 1 project.
Experience in this sector will be essential



What you'll need to succeed
You will local to the midlands. (Staffordshire office base)
You will have a strong background in groundworks.
Ideally experienced within residential groundworks
Have experience running projects as Project QS or Senior QS
You will be a qualified Quantity Surveyor
