- Surveying for multiple projects
- Fit-outs, refurbs and residential projects initially to be worked on
- Valuations
- CVR's
- Subcontractor payments
- Materials procurement
- Forecasting and reporting
What you'll need to succeed
- Recent QS experience in a small general contracting firm
- Worked across a variety of market areas in commercial contracting
- Be able to handle a portfolio of projects
- Good communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Financial acumen
- Be able to start within a maximum of a weeks notice
