Head of Facilities Management contract
Your new company
This organisation has a sizeable portfolio in South Yorkshire and they are looking for some interim support for their Facilities Management team.
Your new role
You will be managing hard and soft services, helpdesk, governance and compliance, budget control and capital management. You will ensure statutory compliance and monitor customer service. This role also involves overseeing some change management, increasing in house communication within the property management and facilities teams, and implementing change ensuring it is adopted across the business. You will develop the property function, creating 5-10 year plans which involve operational leaders. This includes the day to day contractor management, value for money and team meetings.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced Facilities Manager who has managed hard and soft services with experience of delivering change across a team. You will have completed IOSH Managing Safely training or equivalent, potentially with IWFM membership. You will be a competent people manager, who strives to get the best out of people.
