Your new role
You will be delivering building surveying duties on a range of projects and will be supporting the commission lead on various refurbishment projects including briefing clients, feasibility studies, preparing specifications, co-ordinating consultants, budget cost advise, tendering and acting as Contract Administrator.
You will offer your expertise on building defects and deliver due diligence surveys, maintenance and dilapidation.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a degree qualified, chartered building surveyor with post qualification experience working in a consultancy environment or client side. If you are an ambitious building surveyor that would like support in further development then this is the place to be.
