Your new company
A leading North Wales based contractor are looking for an experienced Site Manager to join their team, delivering on refurb, new build and extensions for a range of public and private sector clients. Projects range in values range from 300k - £3m. This business have been trading for decades and have an impressive client base of repeat negotiated business.

Your new role
You will oversee the delivery of refurb, new build and steel frame apartment schemes, for a variety of clients including the NHS, schools, local authorities and private sector blue chip companies. You will ensure delivery on build in line with programme, ensuring the highest standards of H&S are maintained on site. You will see to materials orders, labour and trades requirements, and progress reporting. You will resolve any issues that arise swiftly and effective, update programme and work closely with the client with progress reporting etc.

What you'll need to succeed
You are NVQ, HNC, Degree qualified with experience delivering projects from 300k-3m
