Project Manager - Healthcare - Leicestershire - £45-55K + car allowance
A well known building contractor based in Leicestershire are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their team in order to add value to their business and run with a number of live projects already up and running. This contractor focus predominantly on the healthcare sector across projects covering the whole of the UK.
Ideally they are looking for someone who is an experienced Project Manager who has worked on ideally healthcare projects (or live environments - i.e. education) and be able to hit the ground running. The projects are between £600-800K in value and are a mixture of refurbishment/maintenance/new build projects . If you have experience of working on M&E elements of jobs that would be advantageous and experience working on fast track projects, multiple projects at any one time.
