Your new job will be working for a very well known roofing/cladding contractor that work across the UK on a number of commercial projects including, schools, hospitals, retail units, accommodation etc.

Your new role
I am looking for a No1 Site Manager to oversee the project from start to finish. You will be overseeing up to 5/6 tradesman on site that will be replacing 2 x large flat roofs on a college in Widnes that is closed to pupils however open to teachers. You will be responsible for making sure that programme is met on time and budget and to a very high standard.

What you'll need to succeed
- SMSTS
- First Aid
- CSCS card
- Experience as No1 Site Manager
- Worked on external envelop with either roofing or cladding experience
- Ideally worked on live environments and has experience with customers/clients being nearby/on site.
