Your new company
A leading regional house builder are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their team, delivering on 2-3 new build housing developments, which range in size from 30-150 units. The business almost three decades of successful trading behind them and are renowned as a quality house builder.

Your new role
You will take full commercial responsibility for new build housing sites from start to finish,managing the cost of the build, working to targets, controlling budgets and valuations. You will deliver monthly valuations, complete on site measures and assess payments to subcontractors. You will manage all sub-contract orders on site, assist with materials purchase when needed and attend various meetings with stake holders including site and commercial.

What you'll need to succeed
New build housing experience, with either a developer or contractor is essential for this role.
