Your new company
Your new job will be working for a for a very well established social housing contractor that have been awarded a number of Kitchen and Bathroom contracts for various Social Housing Associations within Liverpool.

Your new role
In your new job you will be overseeing up to 8 kitchen/bathroom upgrades per week, however this is due to increase in April when new budgets are set.
You will need to organise tradesman at various properties to ensure a smooth transition between trades and ensure that programme is met n time, budget and to a very high standard.
The properties will be tenanted so you will need good people skills and ability to communicate between TLO's, Tenants, Trades, Clients and Project Team.
Although all of the properties are within a short distance this job requires a lot of driving to ensure the tradesman are carrying out works to a good standard and to ensure a smooth transition of tradesman at each property


What you'll need to succeed
- SSSTS / SMSTS
- First Aid
- Full driving license and own vehicle
- Experience working in the Social Housing sector, preferably on a Kitchen and Bathroom scheme or similar.


What you'll get in return
Long Term Contract (Temp2Perm Opportunity)
£20 per hour
45p per mile
