Project Manager

Macdonald and Company is delighted to be working exclusively with our client to appoint an experienced Project Manager for their team. Our client`s project scope is expanding across a range of different asset classes and they are looking for a Project Manager with the breadth of experience to be able to deliver a number of projects at any one time, ranging in construction value up to £10m. 
 
Key responsibilities:
 

- Direct responsibility for a number of projects
- Prepare and agree a detailed scope for each project in accordance with the project brief and planning permission obtained for the projects
- Prepare, agreed and adhere to project budgets and timeframes
- Oversee the procurement and selection of contractors on each project

 
To be considered you will have a demonstrable track record of delivering projects on time, to budget and handover.  You will have a good knowledge of the range of disciplines involved in development projects including land, technical, development, and legal.  MRICS / MCIOB / CENG professional qualifications will be an added advantage.
