ESHQ Advisor - Nuclear defence

ESHQ Advisor opportunity in Reading working in Nuclear defence sector.

Your new company
You will be joining a national company working within the nuclear defence sector who are looking to take on an ESHQ Advisor either on a permanent or temporary contract based in Reading.

Your new role
To implement ESHQ policies and procedures designed to help prevent harm to workers, property and the environment To support projects in their planning, delivery and subcontract management. To undertake inspections and audits of the activities. To promote an ESHQ aware culture across the business.
Monitoring and reporting on health & safety, environmental and quality performance. Assisting in the production, maintenance, continuous improvement, control and operation of: policies, QSHEW processes. Supporting projects in the preparation (and maintenance) of ESHQ related documentation. Reviewing, in association with project managers / project engineers, control documentation including: method statements, work instructions, risk assessments, control plans, subcontractor plans and procedures, other safety, quality and / or environmental assessments.


What you'll need to succeed
You will ideally be SC cleared, have NEBOSH, demonstrable experience in a similar role in quality, safety environment. Project delivery experience supporting CDM Procedures. Familiar with QSHEW operating procedures.
