I am currently working with a High End Residential Contractor who are looking to expand their operations team with a Senior Site Manager.

Operating for over 30 years, my client is committed in delivering outstanding residential schemes throughout desirable locations in the UK. With a key focus on outstanding customer service and attention to detail, my client is continuing to build and develop inspirational living and working environments throughout the UK whilst pushing themselves further to build beautiful, high specification properties.

Your new role

As Senior Site Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Supervising and overseeing the direction of the project
• Liaising with the client, other construction professionals and sometimes members of the public
• Coordinating and supervising construction workers
• Making safety inspections and ensuring construction and site safety
• Checking and preparing site reports, designs and drawings
• Maintaining quality control procedures
• Assessing and minimising risk

What you'll need to succeed

In order for you to succeed, the successful applicant will need to possess the following competencies:

• Relevant experience at a similar level
• Profound knowledge and experience in High End Residential
• Previous project experience on housing sites up to 100 units
• Up to date knowledge of health and safety obligations and building legislation
• Capable of implementing change
• CSCS Card at Site Manager level
• SMSTS
• First Aid
• Full UK Driving License

What you'll get in return

The successful candidate will receive £55,000 - £65,000 dependant on experience and a generous salary which includes 26 days Annual leave, £6,000 Car Allowance, Pension Contribution and Bonus up to 50%.
