Assistant Quantity Surveyor

Your new company
A leading Merseyside based contractor are looking for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their team, delivering on new build housing and apartments schemes across the city region. The business are well renowned and have an excellent reputation with clients and subcontractors they work with. This role is suitable to an individual working towards a HNC or Degree in Quantity Surveying on day release, or equally a post graduate. 1-4 years industry experience is ideal for this role.


Your new role
You will support in all commercial duties associated with the delivery of new build housing and apartment schemes. They include contracts with housing associations as well as private developments. You work will include take offs from drawings, tender analysis, pricing variations, cost reporting and supporting with CVR's.


What you'll need to succeed
You have completed your degree in Quantity Surveying and have 1-4 years industry experience. Undergraduates working on day release will also be considered.
