Senior Property Manager / Surveyor - Somerset

Interim Senior Property and Estates Surveyor required for a client-side role. Six months + likely extension

Your new company
As a Senior Estates Surveyor / Property Manager you will be joining a large public sector body who own and manage a large property portfolio consisting of industrial estates, retail parks, leisure facilities and a wide range of other commercial property types.

Your new role
You will operate at a senior level in a role which will include the day to day management and reporting of a large property investment portfolio worth over £10 million in total value. Your role will include overseeing service charges, rent collection, liaison with external agents and development of a reporting schedule and system in order to report of portfolio performance. Your role may also include assistance with the acquisition of a legacy portfolio worth over £60 million.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in your new portfolio, property and estates job you must have a background in general practice surveying, estates surveying or investment portfolio management. You'll need to have experience in developing reporting structures and presenting on portfolio performance.

What you'll get in return
In return you'll receive an initial interim contract up to six months in duration which is likely to extend further. You'll receive a premium PAYE rate of between £350 - £400 per day.
