Your new role
You who will work with a variety of high profile clients in London, the Midlands and the Home Counties. Your role includes preparing CDM documentation, writing reports, attending meetings, responding to technical queries, reviewing designs, risk management, producing files/manuals, office administration etc. There is a high level of project management and your organisational skills will be essential when managing your portfolio of varied projects.


What you'll need to succeed
You will come from a construction industry background and you will have or be working towards membership of the Association for Project Safety and / or IOSH and also have a Professional Construction and Health and Safety qualification. You are proactive and have the ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team. You will be able to represent the company with confidence and show a commitment to providing the level of care and attention needed to meet the high standards required. You will be working for a forward thinking company who embrace BIM and you will look to develop the role and have a eye on where it may go in the future, within the industry, utilising BIM. You need to embrace technology and want to progress the business and themselves within the company.
