Site Manager - Groundworks


Your new company
A leading regional contractor and developer are looking for a Site Manager experienced in Groundworks to join their team, to oversee in house delivery of ground works, roads and sewers, on the companies own new build housing developments. The business have decades of successful trading behind them, with an exciting pipeline of North West based developments, mainly in the Merseyside region.

Your new role
You will oversee all packages in the ground, before handing over to their new build site manager. You will ensure roads, sewers, drainage and foundations are delivered on time and in budget, managing labour on site, materials, and any subcontractors such as tarmac, asphalt etc. You will ensure the site runs safely, update rams, etc.

What you'll need to succeed
You are SMSTS qualified and have experience managing groundworks packages on new build housing sites. Your experience includes access roads, concrete bases, drainage, piling and ideally silo installation.
