Permanent Assistant Site Manager - New Build Housing - 39 Units Traditional build - First site Lincolnshire

Your new company
You will be working for a Nottinghamshire based regional house builder that place craftsmanship and customer care at the heart of what they do. The company have a strong pipeline of work in 2021 and have a initial site in Lincoln that requires an Assistant Site Manager.

Your new role
You will be working alongside the number one Site Manager to ensure that the build programme is followed. The initial site will be 39 units with a similar phase 2 to follow. The houses of of traditional build. You will ensure that the trades on site are following the health and safety standards and completing the works to a high standard. You will complete tool box talks and inductions. The role will require a high standard of written and verbal communication in order to liaise with all stakeholders. You will also ensure that material levels on site are maintained to the required amounts.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful you will have worked for a regional or PLC house builder and have experience of working on sites below and above DPC level, ideally with an understanding of internal finishing to hand over. You will hold a CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid qualifications and a full UK driving license.
