Health & Safety Officer (Grounds Maintenance, Estates, Waste & Cleaning) job on a 3 month temporary contract

Your new company
You will be working for a medium sized social housing provider who are based in the Essex region and will become an important part of their Grounds, Estates and Maintenance Service Team on a 3 month plus temporary contract. to assist with Risk Assessments

Your new role
You will be responsible for carrying out Risk Assessments for the Grounds Maintenance, Estates, Waste and Cleaning services. This is to ensure all services within the department are compliant and meet the required Health and Safety standard and audit requirements. You will be working from home, however, may need to travel to site 1-2 times a week to carry out the Risk Assessments using the standard template.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need experience in a similar or related post with a broad background of carrying out Risk Assessments within a Grounds Maintenance/Estates environment. Ideally you will hold an IOSH or NEBOSH certificate, however, this is not essential.
