Quantity Surveyor (High End Resi) - London - £55,000


Our client is a London Contractor working in the High end Residential market for international clients. They have a need for an Intermediate QS to join their team working on High end refurb projects (with significant structural work) in Mayfair & Knightsbridge and Home counties . They are an expanding business with a stable pipeline of work, supported by an international contractor.
You will:

• Accurately cost and preparation of budgets for each aspect of site development.
• Analysing and reporting on costs and cash flow vs budget
• Preparing tenders and procure sub-contractors, goods and materials
• Evaluate and agree variations and instructions.
• Ensure payments to sub-contractors and the supply of goods and materials.

• Management of Sub-Contract accounts through to completion including valuations, payments, variations, forecast final accounts and contractual correspondence.
• Produce monthly cost reports on time, in conjunction with Project Managers.

You will have:

• A Degree (or equivalent)
• 5 or more years PQE
• Previous relevant experience in residential construction (Ideally High End/Prime).
