Senior Architect

fast growing and well regarded Architecture Practice based in Nottingham specialising in residential projects.

Your new role
As a Senior Architect you will lead the internal architecture team whilst liaising on a daily basis with property developers, housing associations, social housing providers, local authorities and private sector clients.
You will be well versed in feasibility, concept design, planning submissions and negotiations.
You will have experience in bespoke technical design and Stage 4 project running duties including building regulations approval, tender support/running and sourcing specialist sub-contractors
You will have experience in contract appointments, contract administration, valuations and handover / close out

What you'll need to succeed
As a Senior Architect you will have 5+ years experience, experience of large scale residential projects, ability to drive and inspire a team and be highly Revit proficient. You will have good knowledge of BS1192, BIM Coordination and national building compliance standards. Competency of NBS contract administrator and NBS create. You will have examples of taking projects throughout all RIBA stages, especially across residential sectors.
