Valuation Surveyor

Well-established Central London consultancy requires Chartered Commercial and Residential Valuation Surveyor.

Your new company
A well-established and market-leading real estate consultancy based in Central London. You will be joining a dynamic Professional Services team that benefits from cross-specialism support from across the wider business.

Your new role
You will be responsible for residential and commercial valuations of all asset types within Central London. Valuations to be carried out for secured lending, accounts, tax, expert, matrimonial and acquisition purposes. The role will also include leasehold enfranchisement valuations for the purpose of residential lease extensions and collective enfranchisements.

What you'll need to succeed

• MRICS Qualified
• RICS Registered Valuer
• 3+ years' PQE
• Excellent report writing skills
• Lease enfranchisement experience

What you'll get in return
The successful candidate will earn between £43,000 and £55,000 depending on experience + benefits + car allowance.
