Freelance Site Manager

Freelance Site Manager job- Derby - Industrial refurb 6 months+

Your new company
You will be working for an established build and refurbishment contractor on an industrial site in Derby. The company have seen an increase in workload and require a Site Manager for a minimum of 6 months, with the potential of follow on projects at the same location.

Your new role
You will be a Site Manager and part of the Operational Management team within the company. You will oversee and manage the refurbishment and upgrading of the facility in readiness for heavy machinery and plant. You will ensure the work is done in line with health and safety procedures and is in keeping with the programme of works.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have industrial refurbishment or general main contracting build experience. You will hold a CSCS, SMSTS and Health and safety qualification.

What you'll get in return
22p/h - Time and 1/3 sat - double time Sun. This is a long term freelance assignment until July 2021. There is also the strong chance of follow on work with the company in the same location.
