Established over 60 years ago, our client are a privately owned, family led, multi-disciplined contractor.
They are explicitly focused on progression and employee satisfaction: less process, more autonomy, direct links with directors and senior management.
Turnover is currently £600m and they have not borrowed in over 25 years: very unique for a privately owned company.

Your new role
The successful Site Engineer will support the immediate needs of the client with their ongoing Residential, Commercial and Educational Projects, while being involved with the training of other Site Engineers.
They are looking for a Site Engineer who has a traditional Engineering skillset but is also committed to being innovative and developing their professional skills.

What you'll need to succeed

• Accurate setting out and surveying - using GPS
• Producing Asbuilts
• Read and review construction plans
• Read and understand DWG/CAD/AFC drawings
• Red Line Drawings & ITP's
• AutoCAD
• Collating programmes of work
• Daily site diaries, daily record keeping
• Carrying out quality inspections as required
• Ensuring health and safety onsite

What you'll get in return
£35,000 - £43,000 per annum, negotiable dependant on experience
