Freelance Site Manager job 6 months in Ashbourne. Pub refurb into holiday accommodation

Your new company
Our client is a privately owned organisation that owns several student accommodation and holiday accommodation buildings.
They are starting work on their next venture. - Refurb of a public house into a 15 bedroom luxury holiday accommodation building in Ashbourne, Derbyshire.
The site consist of refurbishment, as opposed to structural building work.

Your new role

You will be the site manager, working from start to finish on this project.
You will help appoint sub contractor, as such local knowledge to the Nottinghamshire / Derbyshire area would be essential.
You will the take the site through from start to handover.

What you'll need to succeed
A strong background of refurb - ideally projects up to £4Million.
Local knowledge of sob contractors to Derbyshire
SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS

What you'll get in return
A start in Mid February for 6 months.
An excellent day rate
Work on a project from start to finish
