General practice Surveyor - Rationalisation of Office Usage
A large not for profit organisation has a network of office stretching across the Midlands and they are looking to undertake a programme of rationalisation. Looking at current usage, appraising alternative usage and options available to the business.. With the aim of reducing the number of offices and re-working the existing so they are fit for purpose.
You will be taking the lead on this project and need to experienced in lease negotiations (incl break clauses),
lease renewals and disposals. You will also have valuation experience and knowledge although you do not need to be a registered valuer.
An other key part of the role will be to take forward the Architects plans for internal re-modelling and commission them and work with sub-contractors and draw up schedules of work - some basic and some more complex .
Phase two of the project will be propose a plan of how the remaining offices are managed going forward
This role could be for up to 12 months and beyond. it is within IR35 .
