Client side Project Manager - 15 month FTC - North West

This occupier is looking to improve their carbon footprint (aren`t we all?) and update their portfolio to be carbon zero compliant. In order to do this, they will need to act fast, and would like a Project Manager to come on board and help them until around March 2022.
 
You need to be experienced in refurbishments and developments in a commercial environment, able to deliver results under your own initiative, and work well in a team. Due to the nature of the work, you do need to be comfortable working safely and ensuring the contract is being followed, be from a property background, and have at least 3 years of experience.
 
In return you`d be getting a generous salary, bonus, and the potential for the contract can be made into a permanent role.
