Repairs Surveyor - Social Housing

Day to Day repairs surveyor needed by large Housing Association.

Your new company
Large Housing Association have a backlog of repairs and have an immediate need for the below:

Maintenance Surveyor - Social Housing
Covering Leicester City centre and surrounding area.
Pre and post work inspection on Day to Day repairs; producing work schedule;liaising with sub-contractor ; booking appointments with tenants
Working from Home, Tablet provided for surveys but will need to use own computer.
Mileage paid from home, but ideally need to be about 10-15 miles from Leicester.
DBS -basic required
3 month possibly longer due to backlog of works
Interview will be via Microsoft Teams or Zoom
