Permanent Site Manager role - Based in Stoke - UK wide sites - Solar Installations
Your new company
You will be working for a leading provider in the the renewable solar technologies sector completing adaptations to the domestic and commercial sectors. The company have found success in working alongside energy conscious organisations and individuals to deliver green energy solutions. They are now seeking a permanent Site Manager to join their team based just outside of Stoke.
Your new role
You will be overseeing all work carried out by the install team including Electricians and Roofers. You will review both quality and technical compliance works both pre / post install. You will manage Health & Safety on site and reporting on installation quality. You will provide guidance and support to the trades teams. You will proactively manage on sire issues and will have strong client liaison skills. Ultimately you will be reporting into Operations Director.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have a strong background in commercial and domestic solar installations. You will have extensive knowledge of the electrical and roofing aspects of installation. You will have management experience in a relevant position. The role requires significant travel and lodge and you will require a full UK driving license.
