Your new job is working for a very well established Social Housing Association based in the North West with over 28,000 properties.

Your new role
In your new job you will be expected to manage all service, repair and improvement contracts delivering my clients statutory and regulatory activity in relation to Fire Safety and Electrical System installations, ensuring the delivery of a value for money quality service to customers delivered within budget and to service standard. My client is looking for a good organiser, someone who is IT literate and is prepared to jump into a huge project to assist in the management of contractors who are undertaking circa 9000 light electrical checks within a 70 day period. Electrical qualifications would assist.

What you'll need to succeed
Relevant building, maintenance, compliance or facilities management qualification and or experience, preferably Electrical qualifications would assist.
