It was hard to find much success last year but our client was delighted to buck a challenging trend!
Our clients successful year also coupled with exciting news that cements the long term future of their business! Their strong pipeline of committed work has continued to grow, consequently they’re needing to expand again …and we’re delighted to have been re-instructed to help them do so!
We’re looking for a Project Manager with 2-5 years’ construction experience to help build their burgeoning reputation within the refurbishment / redevelopment of independent petrol service stations (across the UK) including a growing emphasis on developing their upmarket retail convenience facilities.

However, because of the nature of their clients and projects, significant travel should be anticipated nationwide. Consequently candidates must have a full UK driving licence.
Candidates wishing to apply must have a construction academic background (either BSc, MSc in surveying, architecture or project management) You will have a UK based professional consultancy background with minimum 2-5 years specific project management experience and a sound ability to manage projects (full contract administration) from start to finish. Candidates must have JCT experience (ideally Intermediate form and traditional procurement knowledge) – it’s also advantageous for candidates to have some groundworks / civils working knowledge too.
This is a progressive opportunity and as our clients’ full time employee base expands, they’re eager to train and develop the post holder(s) through to a Senior Project Management position as soon as capable.
